AIO Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates the Nexus platform ("Platform", "Service") at go-nexusmls.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
By using Nexus, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, password
- Professional information: Real estate license number, brokerage name, TREC license number
- Property data: Addresses, property details, comparable sales selections, and CMA parameters you input
- Client information: Contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, property preferences, and transaction notes stored in your CRM
- Content you create: Listing descriptions, marketing materials, notes, and documents
- Payment information: Billing address and payment method (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full credit card numbers)
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, click patterns, CMA reports generated
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, device type
- Log data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, error logs
- Cookies: Essential cookies for authentication and session management, analytics cookies (see Section 8)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Nexus platform and its features
- Process AI-powered CMA generation and listing description creation
- Manage your account, subscriptions, and billing
- Send transactional communications (account confirmations, billing receipts, service updates)
- Improve the Platform through usage analytics and feature development
- Respond to your support requests and inquiries
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. AI Processing Disclosure
Nexus uses artificial intelligence services (currently OpenAI) to power CMA generation, listing description creation, and market analysis features. Here's exactly what happens:
- What is sent to AI: Property addresses, property characteristics (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built), comparable sales data, and market conditions data.
- What is NOT sent to AI: Personal client information (names, phone numbers, email addresses), your CRM data, financial information, or any personally identifiable information about your clients.
- Data retention by AI: We use API-based AI services configured to not retain or train on your data. Property data sent for processing is not stored by the AI provider after generating the response.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is protected by industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
- Database: Neon PostgreSQL with encrypted storage, hosted on US-based servers
- Authentication: Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We support OAuth (Google) for additional security.
- Access controls: Internal access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
- Infrastructure: Hosted on secure, US-based cloud infrastructure with regular security updates
While we implement strong security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and you have an active subscription.
- After cancellation: Data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation or data export, then scheduled for deletion.
- Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@go-nexusmls.com. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
- Backups: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to an additional 30 days after deletion, after which backups are cycled.
6. Data Portability
Your data is yours. You may export all of your data — including CRM contacts, CMA reports, listing descriptions, transaction records, and account information — at any time through the Platform's built-in export functionality. Export formats include CSV and JSON.

7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe processes your payment information directly. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe Privacy Policy
- OpenAI — AI-powered content generation (CMA analysis, listing descriptions). Property data only — no personal client data. OpenAI Privacy Policy
- Neon — Database hosting (PostgreSQL). US-based servers, encrypted at rest. Neon Privacy Policy
- Google Analytics (GA4) — Usage analytics. We use GA4 with IP anonymization enabled. Google Privacy Policy
8. Cookies & Analytics
Nexus uses the following types of cookies:
- Essential cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and core Platform functionality. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) cookies help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. IP anonymization is enabled. You may opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings or by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with advertisers.
9. Children's Privacy
Nexus is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
10. Texas Privacy Rights
As a Texas-based company, we respect the privacy rights of Texas residents. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), you have the right to:
- Access: Request confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data and access that data
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability: Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable, readily usable format
- Opt-out: Opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell personal data), targeted advertising, or profiling

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by posting a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
